Shipping policy

PDF: You receive a link by email right after payment. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or write to us.

Printed products: Each product is printed for you after you order. Books, posters and letters for the US and UK are printed locally in the US and UK and normally arrive in 4–7 business days. In Denmark, delivery is normally 5–8 business days. Laminated card sets and gift wrapping are made by hand and shipped from Denmark, so allow about 6–10 extra business days for delivery to the US or UK. If a printed item needs to arrive before Christmas, please order by December 11 (US and UK standard shipping) or December 10 (Denmark). The shipping price and delivery method are shown in the cart.
