About the cards

It’s easier to put feelings into words when you can see them. On each card, your child’s own figure shows the feeling, and underneath is a short sentence about what you can do: “When I’m angry, I can take a breath and count to ten.”

Use the cards to talk about the day, play guess-the-feeling or mirror faces. All feelings are okay.

At the kitchen table or under the duvet: pull a card and ask how the day felt. When your child can see their own face looking happy, angry or sad, it gets easier to say it out loud. And every feeling is okay.

You choose name, gender, skin tone, hair color, hairstyle, glasses and clothes, so the figure looks like your child. Preview all the cards before you buy, and look forward to the moment your child finds themselves on the cards.

Good to know

Can I see the whole book before I buy?

Yes. Once you have typed the name and made the figure, you can flip through the whole book.

When will I get it?

The PDF arrives by email right away. Printed books and posters are printed locally in the US and UK and normally arrive in 4–7 business days. Laminated card sets are shipped from Denmark, so allow about 6–10 extra business days.

Can more than one child be included?

Many of the books can include up to four children. Choose the number of children in the first step. If the option isn't there, the product is made for one child.

Can I change something after I order?

Write to us as soon as possible at hello@myminimindset.com, and we will help if the book hasn't gone to print yet.
