About the poster
Hang the poster by the mirror or the door, and say the words together before the day gets going: I’m ready for a new day. I am brave. I can do it. Your child sees themselves in the mirror on the poster and learns to speak kindly to themselves.
A few seconds at the mirror every morning, saying the words together. Small words that give your child a good start to the day.
You choose the name, gender, skin tone, hair color, hairstyle, glasses and clothes, so the figure looks like your child. Preview the whole poster before you buy, and look forward to the moment your child sees themselves on the wall.

Can I see the whole book before I buy?
Yes. Once you have typed the name and made the figure, you can flip through the whole book.
When will I get it?
The PDF arrives by email right away. Printed books and posters are printed locally in the US and UK and normally arrive in 4–7 business days. Laminated card sets are shipped from Denmark, so allow about 6–10 extra business days.
Can more than one child be included?
Many of the books can include up to four children. Choose the number of children in the first step. If the option isn't there, the product is made for one child.
Can I change something after I order?
Write to us as soon as possible at hello@myminimindset.com, and we will help if the book hasn't gone to print yet.
