About the book
Why are bananas curved? Why are raspberries hollow inside? And which fruit has the most vitamin C? In this personalized fact book, your child goes exploring in the orchard and at the market and meets 20 fruits.
Each fruit gets its own small lesson: how it grows (on a tree, a bush, a vine or right down by the ground), where it comes from, why it looks the way it does and what vitamins, minerals and fiber do for the body. The facts are kept simple and well established, so they suit children aged 6 to 8.
The book also includes the pages “What are vitamins?”, “The superheroes of fruit”, “Eat the rainbow”, “Fruit is best whole” and a guessing game. At the back there is a page of kind words and tips for the grown-up reading aloud.
Picture your child in the orchard or the kitchen, telling you why bananas are curved and eager to taste the rainbow. Curiosity is the best road to healthy habits.
The fruits: apple, pear, plum, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, blackberry, grapes, orange, mandarin, lemon, banana, kiwi, mango, pineapple, watermelon, peach and pomegranate.
The character is customized to look like your child, and their name appears throughout the book.

Delivery and shipping
The PDF is emailed to you right away, with no shipping cost. Printed books are made when you order and ship within 5–8 business days. Shipping to the US costs $6.99 and is free on orders over $60.
How to personalize the book
Type your child’s name and choose their look: skin tone, hairstyle, hair color, eyes, glasses and clothes. Add a greeting at the front of the book if you like. Flip through the whole book, then choose the format. You can edit the book in your cart before you pay.
Can I see the whole book before I buy?
Yes. Once you have typed the name and made the figure, you can flip through the whole book.
When will I get it?
The PDF arrives by email right away. Printed books and posters are printed locally in the US and UK and normally arrive in 4–7 business days. Laminated card sets are shipped from Denmark, so allow about 6–10 extra business days.
Can more than one child be included?
Many of the books can include up to four children. Choose the number of children in the first step. If the option isn't there, the product is made for one child.
Can I change something after I order?
Write to us as soon as possible at hello@myminimindset.com, and we will help if the book hasn't gone to print yet.
